| 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm | Region 15 Board Meeting in the Lord Jim Room |
| 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm | Judges Training in the Lord Jim Room |

| Breakfast on your own. Lunch on your own. | |
| 7:00 am - 8:00 am | Registration continued |
| 8:15 am | Depart Hotel for trek garden tours. A map with driving directions to the trek gardens plus a list of eateries near each garden will be provided. |
| 8:30 am - 9:30 am (suggested) | Bill Molnar’s garden, 5368 Adams Ave, San Diego. |
| 10 am - 11:30 am (suggested) | Janis Shackelford’s garden, 9716 Red Pony Ln, El Cajon |
| 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm (suggested) | Claire Schneider’s garden, 101 Steffy Rd, Ramona |
| 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm | In-garden judges training at (TBA) garden |
| 5:00 pm | Award ballots are due at the Registration Table at the hotel. |
| 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm | Social hour |
| 6:00 pm | Raffle and silent auction CLOSE |
| 6:00 pm | Region 15 General Meeting in the Lord Jim Room |
| 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm | Banquet, guest speaker, and awards. Results of raffle and silent auction are distributed |
